Cancellation Policy

. Appointment Cancellation

Users can cancel appointments before the scheduled consultation time.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the time remaining before appointment.

Cancellation Window:

24+ hours before appointment → Full refund eligible

6–24 hours before appointment → Partial refund (if applicable)

Less than 6 hours → No refund (except genuine emergency cases)

MediBrid reserves the right to evaluate emergency situations.

2. Doctor Cancellation

If a doctor cancels:

User will receive full refund

OR

Option to reschedule without extra charges

3. Pharmacy / Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

Before dispatch confirmation

Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

4. Platform Rights

MediBrid may cancel bookings/orders in case of:

Suspicious activity

Payment failure

Technical error

In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed.
