MediBrid is a technology platform connecting users with independent healthcare providers and pharmacies. Due to the sensitive nature of medical products and services, returns are subject to strict guidelines.

2. Consultation Services

Online consultations and appointment bookings are non-returnable once the service has been completed.

However, return/refund requests may be considered if:

The doctor failed to attend the consultation

Technical failure occurred from the platform side

Duplicate payment was made

3. Medicine & Product Returns

Medicines and healthcare products can only be returned under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product received

Expired medicine delivered

Product differs from prescription

Users must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear photos).

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used medicines

Temperature-sensitive products

Products without original packaging

Prescription medicines without valid proof

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact support via registered email

Provide order ID and issue details

Share image proof (if applicable)

Wait for approval confirmation

Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days.

MediBrid acts solely as an intermediary platform. Product manufacturer liability remains with the respective pharmacy or supplier.
