Refund Policy

1. Consultation Refunds

Refund may be issued if:

Doctor fails to attend session

Technical failure from platform side

Duplicate payment

Refund will NOT be issued if:

User misses appointment

User provides incorrect information

Consultation completed successfully

2. Pharmacy / Product Refund

Refunds applicable only if:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged product delivered

Expired medicine delivered

User must report within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo).

Opened medicine packages are non-refundable (unless defective).

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days

Time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway

MediBrid is not responsible for bank delays.
